Lauren is a woman who has learned through experience, faith, and perseverance that every season of life teaches a lesson, and those lessons are meant to be shared.

She began her career in Accounting and Finance, steadily climbing the corporate ladder, constantly gaining several education accolades and building a reputation for excellence, integrity, and dependability. Over more than a decade, Lauren worked across financial reporting, audits, budgets, and complex organizational processes, gaining a deep understanding of how businesses truly operate both on paper and behind the scenes.

Her career expanded into Business Tax Compliance and Consulting, where she guided companies through regulations, filings, and financial decisions that shaped their future. In these roles, Lauren became known for her insight, problem-solving ability, and the calm, thoughtful way she helps others navigate pressure and uncertainty.

When a sudden layoff changed her trajectory in 2017, Lauren chose to turn challenge into opportunity. She founded Clarity and Ledger and began building a life rooted not only in skill, but in purpose. Since then, she has become the trusted “go-to” person for friends, family, entrepreneurs, and professionals nationwide. Whether they need help starting a business, making a strategic career move, or seeking honest, grounded advice.

What drives Lauren most is her desire to help others avoid the mistakes she made, move with clarity, and believe bigger than they ever imagined. That passion fueled the writing of her first book, Notes From the Process, a transparent and relatable exploration of growth, reinvention, faith, setbacks, and resilience.
